About Kathleen

Kathleen is the author of two beloved mystery series: the Hamptons Home and Garden Mysteries and the By the Sea Mysteries. Her nine-book Hamptons series follows interior decorator Meg Barrett, who has a flair for design and an uncanny knack for stumbling onto murder in the glamorous world of the Hamptons.

Her By the Sea Mysteries are classic whodunnits set in a charming old hotel on the sun-drenched shores of Melbourne Beach, Florida — full of coastal atmosphere, quirky suspects, and twists you won't see coming.

When she's not writing, Kathleen indulges her love of vintage shopping and decor — a passion that finds its way into the rich, atmospheric settings of her books. She is a member of Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime.

Kathleen blissfully lives on a barrier island on Florida's central east coast, where the ocean breeze and coastal charm inspire every page.
